  1. I feel pain while doing this on the inside (below the muscles) of my left upper leg. this is the only pain I currently have. i started noticing this when I started doing burst training again several months ago. what condition is this? and what can I do to rehabilitate it?

  2. Intuitively this seems like the most obvious and simple exercise for VMO. Why do most pages with VMO exercises not include this one?
