Perfect Yoga Pose for Hikers

I’m Pam Radar and today we’re going to
be looking at the perfect pose for hikers, as you prepare for hiking
season you’ll want to strengthen your quads and get limber for those long hikes
in the woods I’m gonna take Sarah into some yoga
squats today, so Sarah can I get you to step your feet wide apart at 45 degree angles and then
sweep your arms up to the sky reach up high, take a deep breath in and as you exhale squat deeply and bring
your hands to heart center hold the squat for a breath, inhale, exhale and on your next inhale reach up to the
sky, we would repeat this yoga squat up to 10 times until you build strength
and create warmth in your body to prepare for your hike
and that is the perfect pose for hikers
