Today, we’re going to make an avocado Pollock Roe rice To my surprise., salted pollack roe and avocado is in perfect combination. The buttery texture of avocado mitigates the salty taste of pollack roe. It is so simple that even kids can make it, too. So, if you are ready, let’s get started! Cut the avocado into a half. Then, take out the brown colored-seed inside using a knife. Scrape the internal flesh using a spoon. Don’t worry about a flesh browning in avocado. When I first bought an avocado, it was hard and unripen. However, several days of after-ripening period makes it much softer and little brownish. So, you can see flesh browning as a sign of well-ripen avocado. Slice them as thin as possible so that you can easily mix it with a steamed rice. Then, slice the cover of salted pollack roe using a small knife. Scrape the roe inside using a knife. Put one spoon of oil on a pan and crash one egg. Sprinkle a salt and pepper. Cook eggs for 3 minutes and 30 seconds in a medium heat. Put 360g of steamed rice on a dish. Put one spoon of sesame oil. Gently place a sunny side up Put a 50g of baby leaf in a circle. Put a sliced avocado at the right side of dish. Put a pollack roe in the middle. Sprinkle a 1/4 tea spoon of sesame on top of it. Now, it is done! Mix them using a spoon and hope you enjoy the harmony of avocado and pollack roe!
