  9. False info here this will tone ur legs and butt but it will not get u mass.
    Use moderate to heavy weights, progressive overload, time under tension, incorporate compound and accessory exercises. The biggest bum changer is heavy barbell hip thrusts.
    Do one heavy day one moderate day and one light high rep accessory day and allow rest days in between.
